Medipolis GMP is a private company. The majority stake is owned by Marvel Life Science UK, a flagship company of the M J Group of companies.
During the Spring of 2005, Medipolis GMP became independent of Technopolis Plc., the largest technology park in Europe. The company is running its operations with modern state-of-the-art facilities. The initial investment was placed by the City of Oulu.
